Through their new partnership with Canadian esports organizer Northern Arena, this year’s Ligue Française de League of Legends – France’s European Regional League – will feature its first-ever English broadcast.

Northern Arena has been in the esports business since 2016, producing events and hosting esports broadcasts for publishers like Ubisoft Canada. This year, they’ve been selected by Webedia – in partnership with Riot Games – to host the first English LFL broadcast for the 2022 Season.

By welcoming players like Martin “Rekkles” Larson and international teams Mirage Elyandra and Team Oplon joining the roster, 2022 is shaping up to be a year of major expansion for the LFL. The broadcast team will feature Canadian and internationally recognized talent, including guest commentators Medic and Caedrel, and is sure to make the LFL’s first English broadcast a quality production. The broadcast team includes:

  • Sierra “SierraDawn” Hunter (Host)
  • Ravish “RavishingRavish” Khanna (Host/Commentator)
  • Marc Robert “Caedrel” Lamont (Guest Commentator)
  • Aaron “Medic” Chamberlain (Guest Commentator)
  • Austin “VisionZz” Heal (Commentator)
  • Enya “Influenya” Williams (Commentator)
  • Nathanel “BeatDown” Birhane (Commentator)
  • Lisa Doan (Reporter)
