Northern Arena, in partnership with the XP Game Developer Summit, is proud to announce the Canadian Game Awards, a celebration of the growing Canadian gaming industry that will close out the business summit.

This year the Canadian Game Awards will take place Thursday, April 9th 2020, at the TIFF Bell LightBox in Toronto, Canada and will be open for public ticket holders to attend.

Located in downtown Toronto, it is the perfect venue to host the 1st Annual Canadian Game Awards and celebrate Canada’s achievements in interactive entertainment for 2020.

As the third largest developer of video games in the world, this award show celebrates Canada’s spot on the world stage as a leader in interactive entertainment. The Canadian Game Awards has been designed to be “by the industry and for the industry” with an interest in engaging public and fan participation.

From Wednesday, April 8 – Thursday, April 9, the XP Game Developer Summit will welcome professionals from the gaming industry to a two-day conference focused on supporting the career growth of its members. Attendees will be able to attend talks and panels featuring over 30 speakers from world renowned studios.
