NEW DAILY ESPORTS & GAMING SHOW ‘SQUAD’ TO DEBUT

Presented by Northern Arena, the show will air weekdays on numerous platforms

Esports tournament organizer, Northern Arena, is launching a daily esports and gaming show called SQUAD on Monday, Mar. 11, 2019. Brought to you by the producers and cast of TV series Heads Up Daily, the show aims to entertain and inform viewers, while being more accessible than before. The show will air on multiple platforms, including Twitch, YouTube, Facebook and Twitter.

“SQUAD is a platform with multiple online shows that will cover the always evolving world of multiplayer games and esports,”
says Carl Edwin-Michel, CEO of Northern Arena.

“We are interested in the games people play but also what they are interested in outside of video games. Fashion, food, travel – the overall lifestyle of a gamer will be in our target. We want to create something unique for this community, and this platform will be the perfect place to build our SQUAD.”

Headlined by Marissa Roberto (@MarissaRoberto) and Brody ‘Liefx’ Moore (@liefx), the cast brings its expertise in various parts of the gaming world.

“[I’m] beyond blessed to start a new, more accessible chapter of our esports-loving-lives with this incredibly talented squad,”
says Marissa.

Featured hosts include Ajay Fry, Andrew Le Nguyen, Lisa Doan, Camille Salazar-Hadaway and Ronald Ly. Each episode promises special guests, exclusive interviews, game highlights and commentary.

SQUAD will broadcast Monday to Friday at 8 p.m. Eastern Time, with a separate live-stream segment from the greenroom at 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. each weekday.

Be sure to follow our Twitch channel to get notified when the show is live.
